What types of clients do you work with?
We provide telehealth services for ages 5+, teens, adults, and elderly clients.
Do you offer family therapy?
Arkansas LPC rules prohibit advertising family therapy unless a clinician is licensed as a Family Counselor.
Do you accept insurance?
Only in Colorado. Coming soon in Arkansas and Iowa. We primarily operate as a private‑pay practice.
How long are telehealth sessions?
Most sessions last approximately 45–55 minutes, depending on clinical need.
How do I schedule an appointment?
All scheduling is completed through our Home Page using our secure client portal.
Are telehealth sessions confidential?
Yes. Sessions are encrypted, secure, and never recorded.
What equipment do I need for telehealth?
You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and a private space.
Do you provide crisis services?
No. If you are in crisis, call 988, dial 911, or go to the nearest ER.
