I value connection, balance, and the simple joys of life. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s appreciating nature or finding peaceful moments in fresh air. Family is an important part of who I am—I’m a proud mother of three and a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren, with one watching over us from above. These relationships keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of love, laughter, and resilience. In my work, I strive to create a space of healing and hope, where individuals can feel supported as they move toward growth and well-being.

Regina M Lassabe

AR.-LPC, IA.- LMHC, NCC

Founder

I am a compassionate Christian counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience, dedicated to supporting individuals as they reconnect with their strengths and natural capacity to heal. I believe people are inherently capable of growth and change, and that healing occurs when we create space for understanding, safety, and self‑compassion. My role in therapy is to serve as a guide and collaborative partner, helping you access the wisdom and resilience you already possess.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arkansas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Iowa, and I practice from a trauma‑informed perspective. I am trained as an EMDR therapist and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ACT for Behavioral Addictions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic‑based approaches into my work. I am also certified in Intuitive Eating, supporting clients in nurturing a healthier relationship with food and body, and certified in Telehealth, allowing me to provide effective and accessible care remotely.

My approach is holistic and strengths‑based, honoring the connection between mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. Therapy is individualized and collaborative, moving at a pace that feels safe and respectful, especially when addressing trauma or long‑standing patterns. Together, we focus on building insight, self‑trust, and sustainable change aligned with your values.

I view therapy not as a process of fixing, but as an opportunity to rediscover your authenticity and inner capacity for healing. I strive to create a supportive, non‑judgmental space where clients feel seen, empowered, and confident in their ability to move forward.

When I am not in my therapy office, I enjoy spending time outdoors—weather permitting—through activities such as walking, hiking, swimming, and gardening. I value meaningful connection and quality time with family, often enjoying games together and shared moments of laughter. I approach both my personal and professional life with a deep appreciation for love, kindness, and compassion, and I strive to bring these values into all of my relationships. At home, I especially enjoy training and bonding with my dog, Agent P (Persephone), a deaf Boston Terrier, using hand signals—an experience that reflects my patience, adaptability, and belief in meeting others where they are.

"All of us are put in boxes by our family, our religion, our society, our moment in history, even our own bodies. Some people have the courage to break free." --Geena Rocero. Hi! My name is Finn Mahan, and I look forward to working together. Do you want to explore your gender, orientation, and (possible?) LGBTQ+ sexuality and how it intersects with your human, lived experience? Do you feel crushed with worry? Do you have therapy goals you want to maintain from an out of state therapist? Do you want someone who understands the unique positions the LGBTQ+ community in our current social landscape?

"But you can only lie about who you are for so long without going crazy." — Ellen Wittlinger. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with five years of experience in the field. Since beginning my Transmale/F2M transition in 2019, I have focused a majority of my services on our LGBTQ+ community. I will be an honor to work with you!

Everything important to you deserves attention. I am committed to helping my clients find joy, a personal foundation, and freedom from pain. With genuine interest, trauma-informed care, kindness, therapeutic laughter, and attention to your values, I will support you as you walk your path to healing. Reach out and let's start our work together.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dog NYX looking for new adventures. I also enjoy spending time with my chosen family, glass blowing, ziplining, and trying new things. I believe in doing my best to live without regret.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Capella University and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, with an expected completion in 2027. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in psychological theory, human development, and evidence-based approaches to mental health care.
I am deeply committed to the belief that therapy is a powerful and transformative process. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative space where healing, self-awareness, and personal growth can occur. With a client-centered and compassionate perspective, I value creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences.
As an emerging mental health counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. I believe that healing is not about “fixing” people, but about fostering understanding, growth, and meaningful change through empathy, insight, and intentional support.

I’m someone who finds joy in both creativity and connection. I love painting as a way to unwind and express myself, and I’m happiest when I’m outdoors—whether it’s enjoying fresh air, exploring new places, or simply slowing down in nature. Spending quality time with my family is incredibly important to me, and I value the moments that allow us to laugh, connect, and create lasting memories together.
I also love to travel and experience new environments, cultures, and perspectives. At home, much of my free time is spent with my husband and our dogs, Zeus and Banner, who keep life fun, active, and full of love. Whether I’m creating, exploring, or relaxing with the people (and pups) I care about most, I believe balance, curiosity, and joy are essential parts of a meaningful life.
